Account and Eligibility

You must create an account to purchase Laratic. You agree to provide accurate information and keep it up to date. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activity under your account.

Purchases, License Keys, and Access

When you purchase Laratic, we provide access to the digital product (for example via downloads) and may issue a license key. Access may require authentication and verification that your license is active.

You may not share, sell, resell, or redistribute license keys or downloads unless we explicitly allow it in writing.

Acceptable Use

You agree not to misuse Laratic or our services. For example, you will not:

• Use the services in violation of applicable law
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to accounts, systems, or networks
• Interfere with, disrupt, or overload the services
• Introduce malware, abuse automated requests, or perform scraping that harms availability

All content, features, and functionality of our platform, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, button icons, images, and software, are the exclusive property of Laratic or its licensors and are protected by intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, distribute, sell, or lease any part of our services without our explicit permission.

Payments

Prices are shown at checkout. Payments are handled by LemonSqueezy, our third-party payment processor. By purchasing, you authorize the charge and agree to the processor’s terms. Taxes (if any) are your responsibility.

Refunds

Due to the digital nature of the product and the fact that you receive the full source code, we do not offer refunds.

Disclaimers

Laratic is provided “as is” and “as available”. We do not warrant that Laratic will be error-free, uninterrupted, or meet your specific requirements. You are responsible for reviewing and testing the code before using it in production.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Laratic is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits, revenue, data, or goodwill arising from your use of (or inability to use) Laratic.

Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the services if you violate these Terms or misuse the services. Upon termination, your right to access the services and downloads may end.
